So to keep things short and to the point, life for us just completely flipped upside down, no joke. So unfortunately my work out routine was foiled for the most part this week. I did start out strong with my basic workouts and yoga, but by Wednesday with so many uncontrollable things happening, my workouts took the back burner :( It made me very sad to miss my workout sessions. However, I am noticing great improvements with my midsection! Mr. B even complemented me when he woke up and looked at me and said in all astonishment, "WOW! Your looking grate!'' YIPPIE! I'm not sure how much weight I've lost because I think our scale is broken. But when I get a chance I would like to know/find out how much I do weigh.
Tomorrow is a new week for new adventures and new beginnings quite literally. My goal for the wee is to wake up with some energizing yoga and then in the evenings do my 30 day shred level two work out. I'm excited for it and cant wait to see the results keep coming!
